Q: Do you work with people who are not pregnant or postpartum?
A: Yes! I work with all types of folks to support their menstrual, sexual, and reproductive health.
Do you work with men?
A: Yes, depending on their focus and intention. I work with men who are interested in connecting with their own inner power and creativity, recovering from sexual trauma, and developing new or different ways of engaging with their sexuality.
Q: What are your experiences working with and supporting transgender or non-binary people?
A: I value supporting all individuals in their own expression of humanness. I work with folks from across the gender spectrum to support nervous system health, address trauma, and develop pleasure patterns to mitigate body dysmorphia. I believe it’s important for everyone to reclaim agency over their bodies. I also work with post-op clients to soften scar tissue and integrate new physical experiences. All of this being said, I do not have the lived experiences of navigating health and safety as a nonbinary or transgender individual. While I cannot support clients from my own lived experiences, I strive to practice cultural humility and be both present and curious with the person in front of me.
Do you accept insurance?
No, unfortunately I am not able to accept any form of insurance.
Q: I’m several years postpartum/post surgery and have had chronic pain. Am I too late in looking for help?
A: No. While it’s always best to address these issues sooner than later, it’s possible and important to seek support in recovery whenever you are ready.
Q: I’m interested in working with you but I don’t have the financial resources to cover your fees. Are there other options?
A: I believe it is very important for my work to be accessible to my community. I offer discounts when you pre-pay for 5 or 10 sessions. I also offer sliding scale rates for those who need them. Please email me directly to discuss options.
